Our cattle graze on grass from birth to finish and are never supplemented with any grain feed. Like all HNG livestock, they are never administered antibiotics or added hormones, ever. Better quality of life leads to better quality beef.

Hickory Nut Gap Meats works with farmers in the southeast to provide 100% grassfed beef, pasture raised pork, and pasture raised chicken to customers. Our farm in Fairview, NC is open to the public year-round and offers fresh meats, and is open for lunch.
