SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS
By signing up for a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as set forth on the Farmbox Carolina website. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms. Your subscription will automatically renew on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, as chosen during the sign-up process, and your credit card will be charged accordingly. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Farmbox Carolina customer service. DELIVERY AND PRODUCT QUALITY
Farmbox Carolina will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including any necessary access codes or instructions. Farmbox Carolina is not responsible for any unsuccessful deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Farmbox Carolina strives to provide high-quality products. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any product, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order. Farmbox Carolina may, at its discretion, provide a refund or credit for the affected product.
